Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with Cisco IP Telephony in a hands-on role
  • 3-5 years’ experience troubleshooting Cisco Voice issues
  • Experience with paging systems
  • Experience with analog lines and PBX systems
  • Experience working with PRI lines
  • Good working knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)
  • Cisco Voice Gateways
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
